Document upload in agent manager. As for now, there is no where that document can be uploaded in the agent manager for the agencies such as contract document, renewal or withdrawal document of agent. As for the contract document, will it possible ...

It would be useful to be able to send a message to all users when they log on to the system, for example "Order Deadline is XXXX do not enter any orders after this date" Messages could be added/removed or edited as and when required.

Create PDF versions of the training notes that can be shared with colleagues. Currently when printing as a pdf the format doesn't align to be able to read the notes clearly.

Allow the posting of staff expenses to the register in the same way we do for non order invoices. We can then see an audit trail of the authoriser and ensure it's authorised by the correct person.

It would be so useful if there was a way to set an agent as one of a pupil's contacts. It would save an immense amount of time entering the same information over and over again, and help manage changes.

We don't know of any agency that uses a fax number anymore so it would be useful to remove this field from contacts in Agent Manager and replace it with website address.
