I could select multiple sets when making entries

It would save a ;lot of time when making entries if we could select mulitple sets for a subject . With subject where there are options we cannot enter all the sets of a subject but adding each set for each of several modules is time consuming

Gender as a Preferences option

Would it be possible to add Gender as one of the Pupil/Applicant preferences (sortable)or to enable Gender as a 'Group by' option following a search
