I'll add to this and say we need better controls for Documents & Files. In addition to downloading all files from a specific folder, the ability to select multiple files for deletion rather than deleting files 1 by 1 or deleting a whole folder would be beneficial.

Then more recently I learnt moving folders around by changing folder parent can cause folder contents to be hidden. In which case, unhiding the folder contents is a tedious one by one affair.
