The 'New Concerns' window in the overview is currently only populated by concerns with the status set to 'New', rather than 'Open' concerns which have been recently added.
Could this be changed so that concerns which are still 'Open' but opened in the last 30/60/90 days appear in the overview? This would help DSLs see which concerns have been raised recently and maintain an overview of recent concerns.
This is now possible. We have added filters in the overview page to view concerns based on their status. We hope you find this useful.
