Using student names in emails for staff in CC

When sending an email through iSAMS and adding a staff member in CC, currently staff only receive an email with the <<tags>> inside the message and not the name of the student / other tagged fields. When sending to one student this means the staff member doesn't know who the student is who is being referred to in the email, which reduces the purpose of adding them to the email for information.
