Ability to view report allocations in open report cycle

Sometimes I need to check which subjects I included in a report cycle, or perhaps look at the detail of the exclusions. To do this, I need to close the cycle first. If a teacher was in the middle of entering a report, they wouldn't then be able to save it. It makes sense not to be able to alter the allocations in a live reports cycle, but it would be very useful to be able to see them on a view only basis.
