In the new Cloud Parent Portal on My Account > Communication History > SMS History, the SMS are currently ordered with the oldest at the top. This means that a parent has to scroll a long way down to see their newest SMS messages - especially if a pupil has been at the school for a while!
It would be really useful if there was a way for us to change the default order, so that newest messages appear at the top instead. (This is how they are currently ordered in Email History)
