With the old parent portal you could mimic being a particular parent which made it really easy to troubleshoot issues. It doesn't look like it's possible the new cloud portal which means we are having to go back to parents and ask them for screenshots etc. Is there a way around this or can you add the ability to mimic parents to the new cloud portal please.
