If it was possible to identify who has not completed certain electronic forms, this would prove invaluable in then chasing the relevant people to complete the form. If any of this could then be automated, even better, but simply identifying those that are outstanding would be great. Simple details of the student's name and the boarding house would be good.
Each week we send out a travel arrangements forms to gather details on where the students are going, which could be captured through electronic forms, but it is impossible to find out who hasn't completed this vital information, so at the moment we have to have the parents use another platform. The idea that they could do this, along with all other things the Portal offers, all in one place would be wonderful.
