Our governing body request reports each year which ask for detail of previous years' data ie number of children in each year group for the past ten years and other such data. I understand that once we roll up to the next year, all of this data is lost. Obviously this data can be extracted from past registrations but it would be very handy to be able to call on one report with options, rather than call for 10 reg reports and write them all out!
