Like in the Admissions Portal people can send a callback request by filling the online form. It would be useful for this to also be on the Parent Portal so that parents can send quick messages, queries or feedback via the parent portal instead of having to click on "message us" and then it opening up an email then sending it. And then the messages sent would be useful to be stored on iSAMS in one place, like it does on the Admissions Manager under "Callback Requests"
