My customer (SHA03) asked that there could be an option to receive a read receipt from the document emailers (document, remittance and statement) so that they know that the recipient has received and read the document sent to them

Thank you for your query, Angela. Read receipts should be possible if a customer's emails are routed through their own SMTP server, but if routed through the general Cloud SMTP server or SendGrid, this may not be possible. We're looking into it at the moment.
