I want to make it easier for colleagues to allocate a reward (or concern) on iSAMS. Currently, staff are dissuaded from doing so. Would it be possible to introduce a search field to allow for staff to at the least narrow down to their subject? Thank you.
NB here are thoughts of my colleagues thoughts around this topic:
When I award a commendation, it takes me ages to find 'French KS3' or 'French GCSE' etc. because I have to scroll through all the list of other irrelevant subjects that don't apply to me including the prep school subjects.
Is there an easy way for you to reduce the list depending on what people teach? Or simply have senior school teachers seeing just senior school subjects?
Having spoken to other colleagues, many report being discouraged to give rewards to students because it takes so much time on iSams.
