Ability to set different settings for Primary and Secondary for "new" Missed Registation functionality

Hi, Firstly I would like to say the Missed Registration function is super. But at present we can only use it for Secondary, as Primary would require different settings (times) so it would be useful if we could make separate Missed Registration Settings for multiple departments, to suite different timetables.
